One out of seven people watching the Super Bowl Sunday will order a pizza -- and far too many will pay for delivery. That's just not right! So we've put together a list of 99 restaurants that offer free pizza delivery and divided the list into separate states, so you don't waste time searching when you should be watching the game. Go Saints!

While we're on the subject of food, my CouponSherpa post "23 Ways Restaurants Save Money" has received a lot of attention. We're not talking silly stuff like spitting in the soup. The article really examines some reasonable cuts restaurants have been forced to make as well as a few underhanded methods used by the minority. Still, it always helps to be informed. I'm very proud that The Consumerist reprinted the article and look forward to talking with KGO Radio Consumer Reporter Michael Finney of San Francisco Saturday. You can listen in at KGOradio.com.

The Simple Dollar blogger interviewed a friend who worked for the U.S. Census Bureau and to provide us with the inside skinny. In the article, "Census Worker: A Brilliant Part-Time Opportunity" you'll learn what serving as a census worker entails, who can work for the Census Office and how much they earn. It may be a short-term job but might help get some over the hump until they find long-term employment.

About half of bankruptcy filings in the United States are due to medical expenses, according to the Health Affairs Journal. That's a frightening statistic! The Young Money article "Save Money on Health Care" contains many useful tips on cutting your health-care costs, including how you can reduce prescription costs without breaking the law. I'd like to add a couple more tips of my own. Many county health departments sponsor a prescription assistance program that picks up a portion of your costs and helps you enroll in free or co-pay programs sponsored by the pharmaceutical companies.
For example,AstraZeneca manufactures Seroquel, a medication that can cost $200 to $400 per month. If you qualify for their program, AstraZeneca will supply you with free or reduced-cost meds , usually for a full year. If your county doesn't have such a program, check out drug-manufacturer Web sites to see if you can enroll on your own.

There are many reason bankers have become one of the most despised professions in the U.S. and The Consumerist offers yet another in a recent article. "Bank Sues Victim to Avoid Replacing $200k in Stolen Funds" tells the appalling tale of Hillary Machiner vs PlainsCapital Bank of Lubbock, Texas. Apparently foreign hackers got a hold of Machiner's log-in information and stole more than $800,00. The bank agreed the thefts were enabled by their weak authentication measures and their failure to catch extremely strange activity on her account, including large transfers originating from overseas. So, naturally, the bank is suing the victim to recover the money the thieves stole from her. Only in America.
