How to Use Coupon Codes to Outfit Your Office

Coupon Sherpa is happily growing! When elbow room got a tad too tight, our CEO renovated and moved us into a spacious, loft-style office. Boy are we thrilled!

Mr. CEO, however, was even more thrilled by how much he saved using coupon codes to fit out the new space. Here's a brief breakdown of how you too can save the next time you redecorate, reorganize or move into a fabulous new office.

1. High Tech
Unless you're still writing with a quill, every office needs computers and software. Since CouponSherpa is -- by and large -- an Apple computer shop, Apple discounts came in handy time and time again. Happily, Apple Canada coupon codes are also available.

For those who prefer (phooey) PCs, Dell coupons can save you a bundle on computers, laptops, peripherals and software.

LaptopsForLess downloadable coupons include savings on computer accessories and free shipping on orders over $30.

Overstock.com discounts serve as a great gateway to cut-rate prices on laptops, desktops, netbooks, servers. peripherals and other hardware for almost all brands (except Apple, of course).

2. Dead Tree Stuff
Does your CEO devour business books like Bibles? Is your blog writer attached at the hip to her "Associated Press Style Book" and "Elements of Style?" Coupons for Amazon not only save you money on these necessities but they also allow you to order the hard-cover, mondo classy version of "Elements." (Thanks, boss!)

ValueMags and SurplusMags already offer budget prices on an enormous selection of magazines. Supplement those discount prices with ValueMags and SurplusMags coupon codes and you'll pay less for a one-year subscription than a single month of your local newspaper.

3. Furniture
There are too many printable coupons to list, so I'll just say my favorite oddities are WritingDesks.com and Modern Furniture. Casual offices might prefer BeanBags.com.

For my home office I used coupons to snag some niftykeen cubistic storage units. They were cheap, cheap, cheap and store everything.

4. Break Time
Help computer-addled employees work out the kinks by using a coupon to buy this three-in-one game table. The rotating top features ping-pong, air hockey and billiards tables. Overstock also has excellent prices on quality pool and foosball tables.
