Return policy: Unworn items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase. Underwear and swimwear must have tags to be returned. If you return by mail, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery rates: Standard 3-6 day ground shipping for orders under $250 is $7. 2-3 day shipping is $13 and overnight shipping is $19. Purchases higher than $250 have slightly higher shipping charges.
Price adjustment policy: Aeropostale offers a one-time price adjustment if an item you bought goes on sale within 14 days of purchase. They do not currently match competitor prices.
