Do I have to pay for Coupon Sherpa’s coupons?
No way! You can use the coupons, promo codes and sales information provided on our site at no charge. Our app is free to download and use, and our weekly newsletter is also available for free.

Do you share my information with anyone?
Never! You don’t need to provide any information to access our site. If you want to receive our newsletter or use our app, the data collected is per your permission and not shared with others or with affiliated or nonaffiliated companies. You can unsubscribe from newsletter mailings at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link found within any email. How do I use a printable coupon?
You can print a coupon and bring the paper copy to the store with you, or you can download our app and present the coupon on your smartphone. There are a few printable coupons that do not appear on our app because merchants won’t accept them in mobile form. If you see a printable coupon that’s not on our app, this means you must print it and present it to the cashier for redemption.

How do I use a coupon code?
Click on the “Show the Coupon” button to reveal the specific promo code. You can then copy the code that appears in the pop-up and paste it into the promo code or coupon code field at checkout. Some retailers allow you to enter a coupon code at the beginning of checkout, while others offer the option at the end. If you do not see a place to enter a promo code, contact the retailer.

I clicked on an offer but there’s no coupon code. What gives?
Some offers do not require promo codes for the deal. Clicking the link activates the deal and will automatically apply to eligible orders.

My local store doesn’t accept your mobile coupon.
Oh no! We hate it when this happens. Coupon policies are often enforced by branch or franchise managers and sometimes they don’t accept mobile coupons from our app. Try printing the coupon for redemption instead. You can also send us more information at feedback@couponsherpa.com.

A promo code on your site doesn’t work.
Yikes! That’s not what we like to hear. We test everything we post to our site but sometimes deals expire before we get a chance to remove them, and occasionally promotions end sooner than originally advertised. Please add a comment to the coupon and we’ll take care of it ASAP. You can also send an email to info@couponsherpa.com.

I’d like to add a coupon to your site.
Great! We love when our users share savings with others. Send us an email to info@couponsherpa.com with a screenshot of the coupon and/or a link to where you found it, and we’ll check it out! Since we want our users to have the best experience on our site, we will not add any coupon before verifying its authenticity.

How do I print coupons from the app?
First, make sure your phone is connected to your printer. Then:

  • Select the coupon you want to print.

  • Click on the square and arrow button  in the top right corner of your screen.

  • Select “Print Coupon” and follow your phone’s prompts.

I live in Oz but the app is showing me locations in Neverland. How do I change this?
Updating the mobile app should fix this error. If you don’t want to update the app, check your location permissions and make sure Coupon Sherpa can access your location. Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services to enable your phone’s general location services, and to enable them specifically for Coupon Sherpa.

You can also move the map to your current area and select “Redo Search in This Area.” There’s an arrow icon in a circle next to the Redo Search option which you can select to refresh content to your current area.

I’m not happy with my purchase. Can I contact your customer service?
Coupon Sherpa does not sell actual products so we’re unable to help if you’re unhappy with your purchase or with your experience with a retailer. You should contact the retailer’s customer service instead. If you have a question or issue with your experience on CouponSherpa.com or with our app, please send an email to info@couponsherpa.com.

I’d like to add my store coupons to your site.
Thanks for your interest! We require our retail partners to have affiliate programs before we consider adding their coupons to our site. If you have a program, send an email to affiliates@couponsherpa.com and we’ll take a look!
