Return policy: You can return shopDisney merchandise by mail or at your local store within 30 days. DVDs and software must be in original packaging, and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
Shipping rates: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 during promotional events! Ground shipping costs are based on your total and start at $5.95. Three-day shipping starts at $14.50 and two-day shipping starts at $19.50. Note that personalized items may take longer to arrive. shopDisney does not currently offer ship-to-store for online orders.
Price adjustment policy: shopDisney offers price adjustments on items that go on sale within 7 days of your first purchase. Price adjustments are not valid on Deal of the Day items or final sale clearance.
