One of the ways they do this is with a 20% merchandise discount for every employee, their spouse and their dependents. Every once in a while the discount will only be 10% on certain products, but throughout the year, you may also participate in extra 10% (on top of the 20%) savings, plus most of the coupons available to customers are also available to employees.
